Private Transfers

All transfers are private and exclusive to the booking party unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Bookings & Availability

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once accepted by NOVA PRO TRANSFERS.

Pricing

Transfer prices are confirmed in advance based on the journey details provided at the time of booking.

Changes to Bookings

Any changes to pickup times, locations, or travel arrangements should be communicated as early as possible. While every effort will be made to accommodate changes, they cannot always be guaranteed.

Airport Transfers

For airport pickups, passengers are encouraged to provide their flight number to allow for arrival monitoring and improved service.

Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

NOVA PRO TRANSFERS cannot be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, flight delays, road closures, or other unforeseen events.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We appreciate advance notice wherever possible.
